Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us for shipping instructions before sending anything back. Just a heads up — customers are responsible for return shipping.

Changes to Orders

We try to ship orders quickly — often faster than we can get through emails — which means we cannot make changes once your order has been placed. Please double-check your order before checking out.

Shipping Notes

We do not have a direct relationship with USPS. Once we hand off your package at the post office, it’s out of our hands. We’ll provide tracking info so you can keep an eye on it, but for any shipping issues, we recommend contacting your local USPS.

Domestic Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive in 2 to 4 days. We always do our best to get your items to you quickly.

International Shipping

We’re not currently offering international shipping — but we hope to soon! Stay tuned.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local USPS office or mail carrier for assistance. But please contact us directly with any issue.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because each personalized item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Sizing Details

Each item listing includes a sizing chart to help you find the best fit. While we do accept exchanges, we strongly encourage you to check the sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Care Instructions

To keep your tees and sweatshirts looking great, we recommend washing them on delicate cycles in cold water and tumble drying on low. For best results, wash inside out and avoid high heat.
